Meet Our Founders

About Alexis

Co-founder of FISH

Hello! My name is Alexis Wright and I am the co-founder of F.I.S.H. I am 20 years old and I currently attend UW-Stevens Point to major in Special and Elementary Education with a minor in business administration! In 2016 I was signed up for a camp that worked with disabled children and my eyes were opened at the end of the first week, at that point I knew that working with special needs children was my passion.

About Travis

Co-founder of FISH

Hello, my name is Travis Wright and I am a co-founder of F.I.S.H. I am 22 years old and a college student at MSTC majoring in Civil Engineering. One of my many passions in life is going out and enjoying the sport of fishing! I have been volunteering and working with children with disabilities since 2016 and wanted to bring my two passions together.  In early 2019 I had the idea to start a non-profit organization that's focused on getting children with disabilities fishing which started me on this journey!
